For My Friends & Family. Hope you all love this one. SiL

8 to 10 apples, peeled & sliced up.
2 large eggs.
1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon ( yes a whole tablespoon, but you may adjust to taste).
1 can of Sweetened condensed milk
1 ~ 12 oz can of Evaporated Milk
1 & 1/2 cups of Milk ( Regular or 2%)
1/2 cup sugar
1 & 1/2 cup brown sugar ( separate these into 1 cup & one 1/2 cup; the 1 cup is for cooking the apples in, the 1/2 cup is for sprinkling on the pudding once you pull it out of the oven).

1 non-stick Big pan at least 9 X 13 inches. You want to use the left over bread you have, that has become a little harden, but you can use fresh too if you like. Shred the bread up with your hands to fill the non-stick pan up to the top, then sprinkle the tablespoon of cinnamon right on top of the shredded bread ( you will mix it up later).

Like this:

After it is all shredded up. Mix together the 2 eggs, the can of evaporated milk, the sweetened condensed milk, & the regular milk along with the 1/2 cup of regular (white ) sugar. Pour all this on to the shredded bread & mix it all up.

Then you want to put all the apples along with about 2 table spoons of water & the 1 cup of brown sugar in a sauce pan & heat it all up until the sugar has melted & but do not leave on the heat too long, (you want apple pieces, not applesauce). Once this is done spoon it all on to the bread mixture & even spread the apples & the liquid from cooking the apples all over the bread, and mix it all up.

Then mix up the apples with the bread mixture.

Then you pop it into the oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Then Sprinkle the top with the 1/2 cup of Brown sugar you had set aside:

If you cover it the heat from the bread pudding will melt the sugar down for you. Or you can just cut into squares & serve after it cools off some. It tastes good cold too. I just got rave review from my tasting crew ( Hubby & Kids love it, & the dogs are begging for some too! LOL).

HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL!
